Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a course completely any time for free up to 2 weeks prior to the course date, you can decide between a full refund or choosing an alternate date or course (of the same value)

Courses cancelled in the 2nd week BEFORE the course runs will incur a 50% charge of the full course cost, you can decide between a 50% refund of the course cost, or choosing a different date or course (of the same value as the original course cost)

Courses cancelled the week prior to the course runs will not receive a refund, you will be able to choose a different date or course and will receive credit equivalent to 50% of the original course cost.

There is no penalty, customer can choose a full refund or select a different date to complete the same or a different course of the same value.

Customer cancels on 19th Feb 2025
This occurs in the 2nd week Before the course runs.
There is a 50% penalty, customer can choose a 50% refund or select a different date to complete the same or a different course of the same value (as the original course).

Course commences in 8 weeks.
Customer cancels on 26th Feb 2025
This occurs in the week Before the course runs.
There is a 100% penalty, No refund is offered. The customer can choose a different date to complete the same or a different course of the same value and will be offered a 50% discount on that course.
